**What is Merrick Prime and what does it offer?**

Merrick Prime is a holding company and digital growth partner that partners with and acquires growth-locked digital brands. We offer sweat-equity growth partnerships, centralized growth engine services, and acquisition pathways. By utilizing our domain expertise in digital brand operations, ecommerce growth, and more, we aim to unlock revenue and margin improvements for our partners.

**How does Merrick Prime's sweat-equity growth partnership work?**

Our sweat-equity growth partnership involves taking a minority stake in your digital brand. After this, we implement a focused 60–90 day growth plan across acquisition, conversion, retention, and operations. This approach allows us to align incentives through equity and performance-based structures.

**What services does the centralized growth engine provide?**

Our centralized growth engine provides services such as conversion rate optimization (CRO), paid media guidance, SEO prioritization, email/SMS lifecycle, creative testing direction, analytics, and automation opportunities. This shared resource across our portfolio companies reduces cost and increases speed.

**What is Merrick Prime's acquisition pathway?**

For strong fits, we explore majority acquisition structures after partnership results. This could involve revenue-share or seller financing concepts. We're focused on founder-friendly deal structures that align with our performance-based partnership approach.

**How does Merrick Prime establish partnerships with digital brands?**

We encourage qualified founders of growth-locked digital brands to submit their brand for partnership on our website. We collect basic information such as name, email, brand/company name, website/store URL, and more. After reviewing these details, we discuss the partnership structure, which may involve equity and/or performance-based economics. The specifics depend on due diligence and fit.

Merrick Prime delivers exceptional professional services tailored to diverse client needs.
