**What is Muse & Momentum about?**

Muse & Momentum is a creative wellness collective designed to help artists and creatives stay inspired, grounded, and truly connected without burnout or superficial wellness culture. We focus on providing intentional spaces for movement, reflection, and grounded community, particularly for Black and BIPOC creatives who may not feel at home in mainstream wellness. Our offerings include monthly wellness events, community-centered gatherings with mindful conversation, creative reflection tools, and wellness merchandise.

**How do I sign up for the next event?**

To sign up for our next event, you just need to "Reserve Your Spot" through our event link. This link will be provided dynamically at the time of your inquiry. Once you've reserved your spot, you'll receive a follow-up from our founder for further details and to answer any additional questions you may have.

**What types of events do you have coming up?**

We host a variety of wellness events every month including yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and guided discussions. We also organize community-centered gatherings that encourage mindful conversations.
