My Father’s House, Inc is a faith based nonprofit rooted in Chicago that offers transitional to permanent housing, trauma informed care and legacy centered empowerment for individuals and families navigating crisis, re-entry and generational healing. It serves veterans, single mothers, aged out youth and returning citizens with dignity, healing and a commitment to restoring silenced stories and futures. It’s more than a shelter, it’s a sanctuary of hope, resilience and transformation.
