Gather the year’s records:  I ask the client to send me their bank and credit card statements from January through December for their business. 
Bookkeeping: I categorize all transactions from their statements, so their income and expenses are clearly recorded. This will give a clear picture of how the business is doing.
Review: Correct any missing or incorrect entries, and make sure everything is ready for tax time. This helps you avoid surprises and ensures you can claim all the deductions you’re entitled to.
Renew and update corporation: I also help you renew client's corporation each year, so their business stays in good standing with the state. That includes filing any required reports, paying fees, and updating business information so your legal structure stays current.
Support you through the year: Beyond taxes, I stay in touch with you to answer questions, help the client decide how to pay themselves, and keep their books updated so we are not rushing at year end.
