**What is the payment policy for Nana's Cookies & More?**

For cakes, payment is due when the cake order is placed. For weddings and catering, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book, with the remaining balance due two months before weddings and one week before catering events.

This is one of my most popular signature cakes.  It is a gluten and seed oil free 3 layer, 6 inch round margarita cake with a margarita buttercream topped with lime zest, margarita salt and crystal sugar.  It actually taste just like a margarita!

This is one of my specialty cakes that won "The DayTripper's Best Dessert" for 2023.  This is a  3 layer, 6 inch round bourbon chocolate cake with a bourbon with a chocolate ganache between the layers with drizzled homemade bourbon salted caramel.  Then iced with a bourbon salted caramel buttercream icing that is again drizzled with my homemade bourbon salted caramel.  I decorate this cake with my handmade bourbon salted caramel pecan turtles and other gluten-free candy.
