We deliver trauma-informed, brain-based mental health care, integrating evidence-informed counseling and neurofeedback to help individuals regulate their nervous systems and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements. Our key offerings include neurofeedback (EEG brain training), trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health counseling, brain mapping / QEEG assessments, and integrated treatment planning blending therapy and neurofeedback.

Our services are designed to support adults and children dealing with trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, sleep issues, and their families. We specialize in serving clients that haven’t found relief through traditional therapy.

Our neurofeedback services cost $600 for brain mapping and $100 per neurofeedback session. Please note that we do not accept insurance for neurofeedback at this time. Our trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health counseling costs between $125–$150 per session and we accept Kaiser insurance for these counseling sessions.
