**What services does UPBEAT KREATIONS provide?**

We specialize in providing gunsmithing services with a focus on restoring and maintaining firearms, particularly antique ones. Our services include careful assessment, craftsmanship, personalized service, deep cleaning, parts fitting and installation, sight installation and adjustment, refinishing, and custom fabrication. We also offer basic care and maintenance education.

**What is the process for getting an estimate for a service?**

To get an estimate, please email us at Upbeatkreationsllc@gmail.com with the following details: your name, phone number (optional), location, firearm type and make/model (if known), whether it’s an antique/collector (approx. era if known), what you want done, current condition and known issues, your goal (preserve originality vs improve function/appearance), timeline/urgency, budget range (optional), and photos if possible. We'll then provide an estimate based on this initial inspection.

**What are the prices for your services?**

Our prices start at $200 for firearm restoration, $75 for deep cleaning, $50 for parts fitting & installation, $40 for sight installation & adjustment, and $150 for refinishing services. Please note that these prices are estimates and may vary based on the firearm's condition, complexity, required parts, and labor. We also offer custom firearms and fabrication services, which are discussed case-by-case by email.

**What are your working hours and how can I schedule an appointment?**

Our appointment drop-off scheduling window is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, and the pickup window is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. To schedule an appointment, please email us at Upbeatkreationsllc@gmail.com. Please note that a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment, which is applied toward the final invoice.

**What is your refund policy?**

Refunds are available only for services that have not yet been started. Once labor has begun, refunds are prorated based on completed work, labor invested, and any parts/materials purchased specifically for the project. There are no refunds for completed work that matches the agreed-upon scope. If we determine a project cannot be completed, the firearm will be returned and any unused labor charges will be refunded.
