NEP's mission is to make sure Black families are visible, supported, and equipped to advocate for their children’s educational success. Our core value is empowerment, which is grounded in culture, clarity, and community. This helps families confidently navigate educational systems that were not built with them in mind.

**What services and programs does NEP offer?**

We offer a variety of services and programs designed to empower and educate Black families. Our key offerings include the Parent Advocacy Program, College Readiness Workshops & Pathways, Culturally Rooted Educational Tools, Community Partnerships & Outreach, and Student Support Circles. All these are designed to be culturally responsive, clear, community-focused, and directly responsive to families’ lived experiences.

For students transitioning to college, we offer College Readiness Workshops & Pathways. These provide culturally grounded guidance on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), enrollment, academic planning, and transition support.

Yes, we are open to forming Community Partnerships & Outreach collaborations to bring NEP supports directly to families.
