**What is the policy regarding booking, cancellations, and refunds?**

All bookings require a $50 deposit at the time of booking, which is nonrefundable. If an appointment is kept and completed, the $50 deposit is applied towards the cost of the service. We request at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
