O'nesty's Safe Arms Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Nevada. Our mission is to protect infants, support parents in emotional or situational crisis, and provide Nevada families with safe, legal, and compassionate options when they can’t do it alone. We offer a variety of services including immediate safety & crisis support, infant emergency assistance & crisis kits, Safe Haven & legal safety education, postpartum & parent support connections, and a parent resource & navigation program.

We provide clear guidance for infant/parent danger situations, including referrals to 911, 988, and local crisis resources. We also distribute essential supplies for infants via crisis, hospital, or first responder referrals. Moreover, we offer resource guides, emotional support reminders, and customized resource packets and navigation for housing, food, legal, and infant-care needs. However, we never diagnose or offer medical advice.

We provide plain-language education about Nevada law, and referrals to legal aid & self-help resources. This is part of our commitment to giving parents and caregivers safe, legal options. Please note that we never offer direct legal advice.
