    'Only On as Needed’ is an app with a centrally located dashboard with complete control of all the apps on a phone. Allowing people to select apps only on during certain time periods and full control of notifications for selected time periods. No more going to notifications tab, unselecting one by one. This ‘smart’ notification system implements your entire schedule to set regularly scheduled notification times for apps to be ‘only on' as needed.
