At Original Sinners, standard shipping is $6.99. However, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Our processing time is typically 1-3 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination, but as a guideline, it usually takes around 3-7 business days. Local door-drop delivery may also be available depending on your location.

**What is Original Sinners' return and exchange policy?**

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. For eligible returns, we issue account credit (store credit) to the customer's Original Sinners account. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we arrange a replacement or account credit depending on the situation. Do note, some items like swimwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Account credit at Original Sinners is issued after the return is received and inspected. This credit is added to the customer’s Original Sinners account and does not expire. If a customer doesn’t have an account yet, we guide them to create one using the same email used on the order so we can apply the credit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we ask for your order number and a clear photo of the issue, along with the item received. After review, we'll arrange a replacement or account credit depending on the situation. We strive to make things right if there's an error on our part.
