Our consultation process is designed to help refine your ideas. You can reach out to us through our Contact/Request a Quote form. Once we have a clear idea of what you want, including style references, intended use, and any "must-haves," we will provide a confident next step and a quote. 

**How does Otakuオタク handle payments and contracts?**

We typically confirm the scope of work first and then provide a quote before starting. For custom work, we may require a deposit to reserve a slot. The number of revision rounds will be confirmed with the quote. The usage rights will depend on the project and we confirm licensing in writing before final delivery.

Yes, we serve clients remotely, regardless of their location. For our local clients, meetups/pop-ups may be available depending on our schedule. Shipping for print orders and any travel/pop-up availability are confirmed per event/order.
