We uplift individuals and families by addressing immediate needs while fostering long-term solutions—combatting food insecurity, providing essential resources that restore dignity, hope, and stability, and connecting people to support. 

**What are the key offerings of OVL Foundation USA?**

We offer direct outreach & resource distribution including food, hygiene supplies, clothing, and essential items. We also provide "blessing bags" for unhoused neighbors with seasonal comfort items (blankets, socks, gloves, hand warmers, etc.), water, and hygiene/emergency kits. Additionally, we help people connect to existing services and follow-through with resource navigation, and we coordinate with nonprofits/faith organizations through community partnerships & collaboration. Lastly, we are developing programs for empowerment and transitional housing support initiatives.

We are based in Hercules, CA and serve Contra Costa County and the greater East Bay, including Richmond, Pinole, Hercules, Rodeo, El Sobrante, and Berkeley. Our services are primarily community-based, in-person outreach, but we also provide remote info/routing as needed.

**Who are the primary audiences served by OVL Foundation USA?**

We serve unhoused individuals, emancipated foster youth, single mothers, seniors, and underserved youth/families in Contra Costa County and the East Bay.

OVL Foundation USA strategically procures and distributes essential goods through two targeted initiatives designed to promote health, dignity, and housing stability:

1. Critical Relief Kits (Unhoused Populations):

Weather Mitigation: Sleeping bags, heavy-duty tarps, insulated blankets, ponchos, and winter apparel (hats, scarves, gloves).

Hygiene & Wellness: Sanitation packs (shampoo, conditioner, masks, sanitizer, toilet paper), first aid kits, and high-quality socks.

Safety & Utility: Flashlights, AA batteries, emergency whistles, collapsible cups, and inflatable pillows.

2. Domestic Stabilization Supplies (Low-Income Households):

Home Sanitation: Laundry detergent, dish soap, Ajax, sponges, dryer sheets, laundry baskets, and broom/dustpan sets.

Food Security & Kitchen Utilities: Manual can openers, food storage bags, basic seasonings, and shelf-stable, high-protein nutrition packs.
