About Us
Palate is a wine-and-art destination in Ohio’s Grand River AVA. Launching in 2026 with an online wine club featuring artist spotlights and a wine lounge, it will expand by 2029 to include a farm-to-table restaurant, gift shop, and event center for corporate events and weddings. It aims to redefine Northeast Ohio’s wine tourism with curated vintages and immersive experiences.
