**What services will Viking Tire offer once operational?**  
Viking Tire is planning to offer mobile tire replacement services for 2, 4, or 6 tires on dually vehicles. In addition to this, we will also provide emergency roadside flat tire assistance. However, please note that we are in the pre-launch phase and currently, we are not able to provide any services.

**What is Viking Tire's funding strategy?**  
Viking Tire is pursuing a phased funding approach. Phase A involves acquiring around $25,000 for a standalone truck and core tire equipment, plus minimal working capital to complete the first jobs. Phase B involves seeking approximately $50,000 to establish a small warehouse/operations space to store tire and parts inventory, stage equipment, and reduce response times, especially for emergency service needs.

**What is the purpose of the planned warehouse for Viking Tire?**  
The planned warehouse for Viking Tire will serve as a space to store tire and parts inventory which will help us better serve emergency and urgent tire needs. It will also be used to stage and organize equipment to reduce downtime and improve operational readiness. Additionally, it will consolidate current storage unit needs into a business asset, potentially creating income opportunities.

**What additional income streams is Viking Tire considering?**  
Viking Tire is considering partnering with Amazon Hub and related delivery/partner programs as an additional income stream during the early launch phase. This initiative is still pending program approval and is not guaranteed. The rationale behind this is that delivery work can help fill slow periods while the tire service ramps up, supporting cash flow stability.

**How does Viking Tire handle service requests during the pre-launch phase?**  
During the pre-launch phase, if someone requests a tire job or roadside assistance, we clearly state that we are not able to provide services yet. However, we do offer up to three alternatives. We suggest contacting a nearby tire shop, recommend considering a roadside assistance membership/provider, or invite them to check back later for updates. Please note, we do not collect personal details for service requests at this stage.

I am starting a crowd fund campaign to get Viking tire funded. While I'm unable to offer a product or service at this time, contributors to the campaign shall recieve perks when the business launches.
