**How does the payment plan at Picture This... Photography work?**

We understand that everyone should have access to high-quality, professional photography, regardless of their income. This is why we offer flexible payment plans, tailored to suit different budgets. We also offer a 15% discount for repeat clients and referrals. 

**What are the delivery options for the photos?**

By default, we deliver all photos digitally. However, we also offer physical prints, albums, and other formats based on individual requests.

**What is the cancellation and refund policy at Picture This... Photography?**

We require a deposit to secure your booking. If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 3 days’ notice, except in case of emergencies. Refunds are only provided if the cancellation is our fault.
