The monthly fee of $700 includes a furnished shared room, utilities, Wi-Fi, access to a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, and common living spaces. Residents benefit from a structured environment that promotes responsibility, accountability, and positive daily routines. Placement Of Love Housing also supports residents by encouraging employment, education, and life-skills development. Our goal is to help individuals build stability and successfully transition into long-term independent housing. We welcome referrals from case managers, hospitals, social workers, and community organizations seeking safe and supportive housing options for individuals in need.
