New to pole dancing? This class is the perfect place to start! Intro to Pole is designed for absolute beginners with no prior experience needed. You'll learn basic spins, transitions, pole grips, and foundational techniques in a fun, supportive, and judgment-free environment.
Our instructors will guide you step-by-step while helping you build confidence, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Whether you're looking for a new fitness routine, a confidence boost, or simply want to try something different, this class is for you.
**What to Wear:** Shorts and a sports bra, tank top, or fitted workout attire. More skin helps you grip the pole. Please avoid lotions or oils on the day of class.
