**What is the process for a shower door installation?**

For a shower door installation, we need to know if it's a new installation or a replacement. We require the dimensions of the opening, your preference for a sliding or hinged door, and your choice of clear or frosted glass. Photos of the full opening, curb, and walls are also beneficial. **What is the policy for payments and cancellations?**

We accept a variety of payment methods including Cash App, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The policy for refunds and cancellations is not one-size-fits-all. We'll confirm the details based on the order and scheduling.

**How do I know if my window is a single pane or double pane?**

A single pane window has one layer of glass, while a double pane window has two layers, often with a spacer in between, which helps with insulation. If you're unsure, you can look for clues like a metal or black spacer strip around the edge between two pieces of glass, any fogging or moisture between the panes, or any stamp in a corner.
