Power is Giving is a Charlotte-based nonprofit advancing optimal wellness equity through culturally resonant, whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle education, youth fitness, and optimal wellness programs. We reach historically excluded communities through evidence-based initiatives that aid in the prevention, arrest and reverse lifestyle-driven chronic illnesses; centering access, empowerment and sustainability for all.
