Pulsation Yoga operates in the Northwestern suburbs of Chicago, offering a comprehensive range of services including group classes, personalized private sessions, specialized workshops, and a yoga teacher training program. We are a judgement-free, all-inclusive community focused on teaching yoga, not just doing yoga. Rooted in yoga's rich history and philosophy, our classes are alignment-based and all encompassing, leaving students feeling strong and peaceful, inside and out.
