The Foundation was formed for Urban and rural communities receiving minimal guidance and career development within their public school systems. Today's public school system has neglected our male youths of all backgrounds. Our staff of elders decided to not re-invent the wheel inside our schools but replace the missing ones, Our foundation is addressing the lack of early tradesmanship skillsets, Behavorial health therapy counseling and incorporating positive Mentorship from missing fathers
