**What is the focus of Reconnecting With The Disconnected?**

We are a nonprofit focused on giving at-risk youth and overlooked individuals a true second chance. We operate an intensive, 8-week program for at-risk youth ages 12–18, providing mentorship, skill-building, and service projects to redirect youth toward brighter, sustainable futures. We specialize in at-risk youth intervention, life-skills workshops, decision-making, and community service.

Our primary audience is teens ages 12–18 who are facing challenges such as truancy, legal issues, or family crises. We also work with caring families and community partners who are seeking help for these individuals. We serve those who often fall through the cracks of traditional systems, offering an open-door policy where others may have restrictive criteria.

All of our services are completely free to participants. There is no payment or contract required. We are dedicated to providing help to those who need it most, and we never push for donations or fundraising.
