Refresh Health provides personalized, patient-centered care through the Direct Primary Care model, where patients have direct access to their provider without insurance barriers. We focus on building strong, trusting relationships with each patient, prioritizing their physical and mental well-being. Additionally, we offer coaching to help Black women overcome burnout and reclaim their health. Our goal is to restore trust in healthcare and empower individuals to take control of their wellness.
