**What services does Research Resource Ambassador provide?**

We offer two core services: personalized research support and event concierge/client representation. Our research support includes ethical, legal, and moral topics, and we provide organized findings with actionable next steps. Common areas include grants and funding resources, tax incentives and programs, savings programs, referral opportunities, industry resources, tools for business growth and financial wellness, and general resource navigation. As for event concierge, we represent a limited number of clients at expos and events, connecting them with key decision makers. This package includes event representation, lead capture, and a comprehensive follow-up plan.

**How can I get started with Research Resource Ambassador?**

You can start by reaching out to us through our primary contact link: https://chirp.me/KristiHelpingHands. Here, you'll be asked to provide some details about your needs, including your name, email, and a brief description of what you're trying to accomplish. If you're a business, we'll also ask for your business name and industry. Once we have this information, we'll be able to guide you through the next steps.

**What is included in the Event Concierge Package?**

Our Event Concierge Package, priced at $3,000, is designed to represent a limited number of clients (up to 5) at expos and events. The package includes representation at the event, lead capture, and a follow-up plan with handoff. Our goal is to help each client generate 15+ new client opportunities, depending on the event, offer, and follow-up.

**What sets Research Resource Ambassador apart from similar services?**

We have 25 years of research experience with a strong focus on credibility. Our personalized guidance means we tailor research and recommendations to the client's situation. We provide clarity-first deliverables, offering curated insights and next steps rather than just link dumps. For event representation, we operate on a limited capacity, taking on only 5 clients per event to ensure quality.

**What are the payment policies of Research Resource Ambassador?**

We aim to be transparent about our payment policies. For specific details about deposits, contracts, refunds, guarantees, or exact lead counts, we prefer to confirm terms after we learn about the event, goals, and scope. We do not guarantee specific results. For our Event Concierge service, we have a standard package cost of $3,000.
