It extends access to the tools built during implementation, including scorecards, dashboards, metric definitions, process maps, operating rhythms, and decision checkpoints. RGS reviews the system with the owner, helps interpret performance signals, identifies slippage, and recommends adjustments before small gaps turn into larger revenue, cash, execution, or owner-dependence problems. This is not outsourced management. The owner and team still execute.
