We offer two primary services for our customers. The first is Self-Service Laundry, where customers can use our washers and dryers in-store. We provide guidance on machine size and time estimation. The second service is our Wash & Fold option. We wash, dry, and fold your laundry, pricing it by the approximate size of the laundry basket. 

**How is the pricing for the Wash & Fold service determined?**

Our Wash & Fold service is priced based on the approximate size of your laundry basket. A small load, roughly the size of one standard laundry basket, is priced at $25. A medium load, approximately two standard laundry baskets, is $40. For a large load, about three standard laundry baskets, the price is $60. Same-day service is available at an additional $10, subject to availability.

**Can Rinse&Roar, LLC handle special items like comforters and heavily soiled items?**

Yes, we can handle large and special items like comforters and heavily soiled items. As these items require special care, we do not quote a fixed price upfront. We encourage you to email us at rinseandroar@gmail.com with the details so we can provide a more accurate quote.

**What are the turnaround times for Rinse&Roar, LLC's services?**

Our standard turnaround time for the Wash & Fold service is next-day. We also offer same-day service for an additional $10, depending on availability. For the Self-Service Laundry option, the time will vary based on the machine size and load. 

**Do you accommodate specific preferences such as hypoallergenic/unscented detergents or specific folding styles?**
