During this session, we’ll discuss your current situation, what you’re navigating, and where you feel stuck or uncertain. I’ll also walk you through how I approach coaching through Rise Within—so you clearly understand what coaching is, how it differs from therapy or consulting, and what working together would look like.
This is not a coaching session, but you will leave with a better understanding of your direction and whether this type of support is right for you.

The goal is clarity, alignment, and making sure any next step is intentional. If so then we will move forward with booking our first session.
