Rising Stars of Tomorrow, Encore empowers underserved youth through performing arts and academic support. Our year-round program builds confidence, creativity, and leadership by combining music, dance, and theater with tutoring and mentorship. We help students grow artistically and academically while providing a safe, inclusive space for self-expression.
