**What do I need to get pre-qualified?**

**What are the main steps in the process?**

After applying for pre-qualification, we will assess your application and, if accepted by a lender, the lender will issue a term sheet stating the amount, rate, fees, terms, and any special documentation/requirements. Once all requirements are met and final underwriting is approved, the transaction can close.

**Can you give a rate quote?**

We don't quote rates without a full package. However, typical interest ranges are between 6%–40% and Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratios are between 50%–80%. For an accurate quote, complete documentation is required.
