    S.C.A.R.E. collects new and gently-used Halloween costumes that we then distribute to families in need across NH at no charge. We engage with existing support agencies all over NH to orchestrate events for the general public, especially those who need a little extra help, to join us while they are given an opportunity to check our inventory to see if there is something they can take home...at NO COST! We include masks, wigs, and accessories when we can including candy buckets or bags for all.
