Sam’s Vision: Builders for Tomorrow is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and equipping young people to pursue careers in skilled trades such as construction, welding, HVAC, mechanics, and heavy equipment operation. Through mentorship, life coaching, grants, and hands-on training, we help youth build meaningful futures and fill critical workforce gaps. By partnering with local businesses and schools, we create pathways to success and honor the legacy of Samuel Ickes Jr.
