**When does the program start and finish?** 

The program starts once you purchase then you will receive the package and can start right away! It ends once you complete all 12 workbooks!

**How will I receive the workbooks?**

After ordering, you will receive a package with all 12 of the paperback workbooks included. You’ll also receive an email with the digital files including embedded links to view across any and all devices.

**Right now is busy for me. I’m worried I won’t have the time. Can I go at my own pace?**

Absolutely! It’s designed to be completely customizable to your schedule and pace. You decide when you start and when you finish the program. Just know that the sooner you get to the end, the sooner you’ll see the full results.

**I’m burned out and unsure what’s next for me. Is this for me?**

Go back and read the beginning sections “Have You Ever Felt This Way”, “Perhaps This is You?” and “Does This Sound Familiar?”. Do you identify with even one of those examples? Then yes, it is! This program is for action-taking women who will do the assignments including the exercises, worksheets, reading list & review provided links because she’s ready for change.

**I’m not used to writing in workbooks. Can I do it online?**

You will receive a digital PDF of all pages within each workbook at once. I encourage you to take your time through each module. While you may want to type in responses digitally or “do it in your head”, I strongly encourage you to write into the hard copy workbooks with pen or pencil. Studies show that writing things down is 40-90% more effective. And we want effective!
