**What does Sassy Sips & Stitches LLC do?**

Sassy Sips & Stitches LLC is a business that specializes in creating healing keepsakes. We transform everyday objects into cherished reminders to help individuals feel acknowledged, loved, and remembered. Our range of products includes memorial tumblers for grieving parents and joyful shirts for family gatherings, among other things.

**What impact does Sassy Sips & Stitches have on its customers?**

Our products have a profound emotional impact on our customers. One of our customers, a grieving mother, said it felt like she was 'holding a part of her son again' after receiving a memorial tumbler we created. We have helped over 40 families celebrate milestones, honor the memory of loved ones, and bring joy with our custom-made gifts, especially in times when comfort is most needed.

**What will Sassy Sips & Stitches do with the funds received from a grant?**

The grant will enable Sassy Sips & Stitches to take on more urgent and impactful orders, reducing the turnaround time for memorial or milestone gifts from 5 days to 48 hours. The funds will be used to purchase a DTF printer to increase production capacity and reduce outsourcing costs, revamp our website for seamless custom orders, and stock up in bulk so we can respond promptly when comfort is urgently needed.

**How do Sassy Sips & Stitches' products help people?**

Our products provide comfort and a tangible connection to loved ones or significant events. By turning everyday objects into treasured keepsakes, we help people feel seen and loved, making them feel closer to their loved ones and helping them celebrate important milestones.

**How can Sassy Sips & Stitches fulfill urgent orders with the grant?**

With the aid of a grant, we will be able to invest in a DTF printer and bulk stock, which will allow us to fulfill urgent orders more quickly. This means we can turn around memorial or milestone gifts in just 48 hours, ensuring that no one has to wait when comfort is needed most.
