This includes emergency shelter, food and supplies, counseling and advocacy, transitional housing, transportation help, and recovery support. These services are available to anyone experiencing or at risk of abuse, homelessness, or acute hardship.

When reaching out, we ask for your name, email or phone number, and a short description of what help you need. We may also ask if you're seeking shelter for just yourself or if you have a pet or family needing shelter, if you need food or diaper assistance, if you have your own transportation or need bus fare to reach the shelter, and if you're currently sober or need detox/addiction support. All information is kept strictly confidential.

**Do you provide services outside of Maple Heights, OH?**

While we are based in Maple Heights, OH, we serve the greater Cleveland area and all in need in our region. In-person support is available, and remote referrals are feasible as well.
