As a driver, for the first six months, you will keep a whopping 90% of the fares you earn. This is to ensure that you, as a driver, are the primary beneficiary of your hard work. After the initial six months, you'll continue to keep all your earnings, minus the standard Stripe processing fees.

**What is the $150/month membership fee and when does it start?**

After the initial six months of driving with ShareRide, drivers will start to pay a flat membership fee of $150 per month. This will be automatically billed through Stripe. We believe this structure supports our driver-first economics and gives our drivers an opportunity to earn more.

**How does the ShareRide's geofencing work and what areas are covered?**

Our GPS geofencing technology matches drivers and riders within the local area, making rides safer and more convenient. Our initial launch is focused on the Phoenix metro area, with plans to expand to Tucson and other major US cities in the future.

**How safe is ShareRide, and what verification/background checks are in place?**

Safety is our top priority at ShareRide. Riders are verified via phone, email, and ID checks to reduce fraud. For drivers, we require an upload of license, registration, insurance, and perform a background scan before approval.
