**How can I place an order with Shortcake-ladii?**

You can place your order by sending us a direct message on Instagram (@bigbabydashortcakeladii), sending us an email (SHORTCAKELADII@mail.com), or via text (504-321-0908). We will need your name, phone number, email address, selected flavor(s), quantity, any allergies, and size option, either 16oz or 32oz.

**Can I mix flavors in the 32oz size option?**

Yes, you can select multiple flavors for the 32oz size option.

**How does the payment process work at Shortcake-ladii?**

Payment is required when placing each order. No orders will be delivered or picked up without payment, unless a split payment has been discussed in advance. You will receive an order number and we request that payments via Cash App or Venmo include their order number so we can track orders.

**What is Shortcake-ladii's refund policy?**

Refunds are available only if canceled within 48 hours of the order being processed. After shipping or pickup, only store credit can be issued.
