**What is your cancellation policy?**

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged 40% of the service total, while no-shows are charged 100% of the service total. This policy ensures that appointments are reserved specifically for the client, thus protecting our time and effort.
