**What is Solidara Salon Suites?**

Solidara Salon Suites is a purpose-driven salon suite concept located in Charlotte, NC. We aim to support independent beauty professionals by providing private, upscale suites. We are also developing a kid-friendly waiting/play concept called "The SOL Spot" to make self-care more accessible for families.

**What are the suite leasing details?**

We offer two types of suites: Single Suite and Double Suite. The Single Suite costs $285 per week, while the Double Suite costs $325 per week. However, details about deposits, lease terms, move-in dates, opening dates, and availability are not finalized yet as we do not currently have a building secured.

**What amenities/features does Solidara Salon Suites offer?**

Our amenities and features include a break room, washer and dryer, shampoo and dryer common area, content room, keyless entry, and quarterly financial assistance meetings. We're also working on developing "The SOL Spot", a kid-friendly supervised waiting/play concept.

**What is "The SOL Spot"?**

"The SOL Spot" is a planned, kid-friendly supervised waiting/play concept. However, it is still in development, and we do not claim it as licensed childcare or a certified childcare waiting facility.

**How can I join the waitlist?**

You can join our waitlist by providing your full name, phone number, email, profession, and suite interest (Single suite or Double suite). Optionally, we also collect Instagram and/or TikTok handles, and any must-have needs. You can provide this information via in-chat intake. You'll then receive updates about the space and timeline.
