Spetzler Designs

I make wooden kinetic sculpture and automata in my studio/shop in Eugene Oregon. What started as a journey of self discovery has turned into a small business and the beginnings of a maker community in Eugene Oregon. I create moving wonders out of wood, leather, brass and spring steel. Learning and teaching this ancient craft that mixes engineering, craftsmanship and storytelling into a piece of moving art. I sell my creations on my website and through Etsy.
