Essential Legacy is a calm, one‑session experience designed to help individuals reflect on their life, values, and stories in a grounded, supportive environment. It is ideal for those who want a simple, meaningful way to preserve their voice without a long commitment. The Essential Legacy includes one 45–60 min guided virtual session, sensitivity-informed facilitation, audio/video recording, secure archival preservation, digital delivery of the final keepsake that you may download, share or do what you please with. This is your story. We will also maintain an archival copy for you. Your recording is preserved in a secure archival system designed to protect your privacy and honor your wishes. You provide instructions as to who this should be sent to and when. We honor your request. You remain the owner of your recording. A physical keepsake can also be pd iurchased.
