T's Farm

At T’s Farm, we envision a place where adults (21 and over) from various backgrounds, especially those facing developmental disabilities, can find a sense of purpose and belonging. Through hands-on involvement in farming activities, we offer connections, personal achievement, and therapeutic engagement opportunities. Our care farm program is built on the philosophy that working the land and engaging in natural cycles promote healing, personal growth, and well-being.
