**What are the steps for client onboarding at TCS Technical Solutions Providers?**

The onboarding process at TCS Technical Solutions Providers begins by emailing us with your needs. We then follow up with a quick 30-minute call, either by phone or Google Meet. After the call, we aim to turn around a proposal within 24 hours, when feasible. Once the proposal is approved, we proceed with kickoff and implementation. If a deeper review is needed after the call and additional documents or information are required, we schedule a 60-minute consult to review documents and/or formulate an action plan.

**What is TCS Technical Solutions Providers' availability and response time?**

Our team is available to respond to inquiries between 9:00 AM–4:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays by default, with exceptions for urgent items that require immediate action for Monday turnaround. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response within business hours and expect longer response times during closures.

**What is the procedure for requesting Sunday assistance?**

If you require urgent Sunday assistance, please email us at info.tcstechsolutions@gmail.com with the subject line: “Sunday Request” or call us at 202-271-8735 and state it is a “Sunday Request”. Note that a non-refundable $50 Sunday contact fee must be processed before any Sunday work begins. This fee covers initial contact/triage only, with additional work billed separately based on package level and scope.

**What services does TCS Technical Solutions Providers specialize in?**

We specialize in bookkeeping and business support services for small businesses, contractors, and nonprofits. Additionally, we offer non-legal compliance support as part of our operational support. We do not provide legal advice or act as a CPA firm, and we do not sign tax returns.

**What are the service packages offered by TCS Technical Solutions Providers?**

We do not push visitors to choose a specific package. Our Platinum package, for instance, includes a review every two weeks, a priority response time of 4-8 hours during business hours, and 10 hours of support per year.
