Terra Manor dba Hugs Foster Family Agency creates meaningful, lasting impact by strengthening families and improving outcomes for some of the most vulnerable children in our community. We provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for foster youth especially those who are medically fragile ensuring they receive individualized care in a family setting rather than institutional environments. With the support of our on-staff Registered Nurse (RN) and trained resource parents, children receive the medical attention, emotional support, and stability they need to heal and thrive. Our agency plays a critical role in reducing placement disruptions and hospitalizations, allowing children to remain in consistent, supportive environments. By equipping and supporting foster families, we help create stronger homes that lead to higher rates of reunification with biological families and permanency through adoption.
