The Ascend Collective® is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals to turn their skills into purpose and their potential into progress. We are committed to transforming how people and businesses view potential by replacing barriers with pathways. Our focus is on skills-first career readiness, leadership development, storytelling for personal and professional growth, and support for veterans, military spouses, small business founders, and nonprofit/community leaders.

**What programs does The Ascend Collective® offer?**

We offer several programs designed to empower individuals and help them reach their full potential. These include the Northern Compass Academy, which provides career exploration, coaching/mentorship, AI skills-matching, communication and leadership workshops, and industry certifications. We also offer H.O.P.E. for HR Leadership, which provides people management and DEI skills for founders and nonprofit leaders. Furthermore, we run the ASCENDing Beyond Barriers Podcast, which shares inspiring, educational stories. Finally, we're launching the ASCEND App in 2026, a digital platform for skills translation, career matching, mentorship, peer networks, and curated learning.
