The Bridge Forward

The Bridge Forward is a grassroots nonprofit based in Oakland, California, dedicated to supporting youth aging out of the foster care system. We provide one-on-one mentorship, life skills training, and access to critical resources to help young adults transition into stable, independent adulthood. Our mission is to ensure that no young person has to face life after foster care alone.
