Creative Focus Pro — Workforce Edition is an 8-week, 100% online Decision Intelligence certification program built for frontline supervisors, team leads, and emerging managers. Developed by Brain Bites Group under the Decision Intelligence Framework (DIF), the program trains professionals in five core competencies: Situational Awareness, Strategic Mindset, Sense of Agency, Reflective Synthesis, and Rapid Decision Making. Through scenario-based learning and real-world decision simulations, participants build the judgment and decision-readiness skills most workforce training programs never address.
