I help healthcare and social service professionals address some of their most pressing challenges: improving patient and client satisfaction, saving lives under increasing pressure, and reducing costly readmissions in an ever-demanding environment. My work focuses on providing solutions that create measurable outcomes by bridging communication gaps, building culturally responsive practices, and fostering equitable access to services for members of the prelingual/culturally Deaf community.
