A 45 min class of  3 rounds of 90 sec HIIT, core, glutes, arms and legs. We use body weights, weights, gliders, blocks, and bands. Get it all in 45 min. Live at 7am CST, or get the recording. 

Pilates Inspired BootCamp

I guide you through a mat or equipment session, to lengthen, strengthen and help with balance. Great for mobility, stability and balance. You can buy one hour at a time, or a discounted package.
